"If you have been following my training accounts for a while now you would have seen some almost hard to believe progress I have made with my speciality, the kettlebell snatch.

The training program I have created is hands down the best I have ever written, but I have to take a moment to tell you about some of the other things I have incorporated into my new regime.

A great training method is only a piece of the puzzle. If you truly desire measurable results from all your hard work in the gym then your body needs to be functioning at optimum capacity. By this I am talking about hormone optimisation which is something I have been fascinated with for many years.

Recently I combined with an amazing Aussie company called Be Spunki. What initially drew me in was the amount of research that has gone into male health and hormone studies. Within 4 weeks of taking REBOOT I started noticing a difference in how I woke up. I felt fresh and fully rested. Within 8 weeks I was snatching bells heavier and for more reps than I ever have in my entire life. There are no other explanations for these results.

Be Spunki has enlisted a PhD scientist whose specialty is male andropause, to create a natural product that supports the body from the ground up. The main idea is to not only help your body produce more natural testosterone but also to strengthen the adrenals, reduce insulin resistance and clean out the liver, so when the body produces its own testosterone, bam - it gets utilised. All natural, all Aussie and approved by the TGA.

In saying this I would never expect anyone to just take my word for it. I always encourage people to do their own research as I did. You only have one body and it’s your responsibility to take care of it, no one else’s. Give Be Spunki a follow and learn for yourself.

I truly believe in sharing what I know works. In an industry full of bullsh*t pretenders, I am proud as hell to put my name behind this product and personally guarantee its results through my own training accounts."
